Incoterms 2020 eLearning course

This is an updated version of Mantissa’s “Introduction to the Incoterms rules” online course, taking into account the changes in the Incoterms 2020 revision.
We expect that for a variety of reasons Incoterms 2010 will continue to be important for some years to come, so the course will also prepare students to work with this – we make it very clear where the revisions diverge.
The course retains the key features of our current product
- A short course – typical student activity time of 60 to 90 minutes
- Highly interactive, to reinforce learning and maintain student engagement
- Ability to track student activity and attainment through a web-based learning management console
- A free reference document “Guide to the Incoterms 2020 rules” for use by students after completing the course
