We now have an updated version of our eLearning course, “Introduction to Incoterms rules”.

This takes into account the changes that Incoterms 2020 has made to the provisions of the eleven rules.   However we anticipate the Incoterms 2010 revision will be relevant for some years to come, so the updated course does not ignore this – we point out the differences between the revisions at appropriate points.

Some things to bear in mind

• Users of older versions of “Introduction to Incoterms 2010 rules” may have encountered problems arising from use of the Flash browser plug-in.  The new course does not make use of Flash, so these problems will no longer arise
• When student records are transferred to the new course, page place markers for each section will be retained.   However the pagination of the new course will be slightly different, so students may need to go back a short way to find an appropriate place to resume their study
• Students who have completed “Introduction to Incoterms 2010” may wish to save themselves time by simply referring to the information on this website that identifies the major changes in the Incoterms 2020 provisions
