Who should take this course?
Anybody looking for a clear and straightforward introduction to the Incoterms 2010 and Incoterms 2020 rules – their purpose, their logical structure and their main provisions.
Those with responsibilities for drafting sales contracts and agreements with service providers such as carriers will find the course helpful when read in conjunction with the ICC publications no. 715 and 723
The Incoterms rules have important implications for many job functions within the organization – sales and purchasing, accounting, logistics, tax, compliance and so on. The course will provide these groups with the basic understanding they need, without excessive demands on their time.

Each student licence remains valid for six months from the date when the student first logs into the course
How to buy the course
How will I see students’ progress?
A learning management system provides an administrator with an instant snapshot of students’ activity and attainment
Our staff are all very busy – how can I encourage them to complete the course?
One concern about online learning – especially with larger groups – is that students will simply not find the time to log in and complete their study

Will we still need the official ICC publication?
The ICC publications no. 715 (Incoterms 2010) and no. 723 (Incoterms 2020) are essential reading for the organisation’s internal Incoterms expert. Other staff should at a minimum know how to locate a copy for reference purposes when necessary.
